AI-generated results. Reports, translations, transcriptions and chat answers are produced by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are information only — not legal, financial, tax or medical advice. Verify before you rely on them. Docutati is not liable for decisions made based on them.

1. Service

We provide automated, AI-powered document services — analysis, translation, transcription, and an interactive "chat with your document" feature. All output is AI-generated, for informational purposes only, may contain errors or omissions, and is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it. The chat answers only from the document you provide and can still misread or miss information in it.

2. Your responsibilities

You must have the right to upload the documents you submit. You must not upload unlawful content or content you are not authorised to process. You must not misuse the interactive chat — for example, to attempt to extract system, internal or other users' information, to generate unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or to circumvent these terms or usage limits. The assistant may refuse such requests. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. Payment

Prices are shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Because each analysis is computed on demand, completed analyses are generally non-refundable, except where an analysis fails to be delivered due to our error — in which case we will refund the affected payment.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the analysis giving rise to the claim.

5. Data

Our handling of your documents and personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
